TLP Solutions LLCd/b/a APARA Method ("APARA") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of aparamethod.com(the "Site") to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA").
1. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent with the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including a URL or sufficient information to allow us to locate the material;
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated Agent
Send DMCA notices to our Designated Agent:
DMCA AgentTLP Solutions LLC d/b/a APARA Method

Springfield, IL 62704
United States
Email: admin@aparamethod.com (subject line: DMCA Notice)
Email is the fastest method of contact. Please provide complete information — incomplete notices delay review.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with the following information (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which APARA may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
Send counter-notices to the same Designated Agent address above.
4. Repeat-infringer policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and without liability to you.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice or counter-notice is accurate before submitting.
6. Not legal advice
This page describes the procedure for submitting notices; it is not legal advice. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consult a lawyer before sending a notice.
