We want APARA to earn its place in your system. If it does not, we do not want your money.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through aparamethod.com, including APARA Founder's Circle memberships and digital products, and is issued by TLP Solutions LLC d/b/a APARA Method.
1. 30-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date for any reason. Refunds requested on day 31 or later are at our discretion.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@aparamethod.com from the email address on your account. Include:
- The email on your order;
- The approximate date of purchase;
- (Optional but appreciated) a sentence on what didn't work for you — it helps us improve.
We will confirm by email and process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. It may take a few additional business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
3. What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, your APARA Founder's Circle membership and access to member-only tools ends immediately. Any locally stored data in your browser (Mirror Journal, Triangle data, etc.) remains yours and is not affected.
4. Recurring memberships
If you have a recurring membership, you may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing hello@aparamethod.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Within 30 days of the most recent charge, we will refund that charge on request.
- After 30 days, we do not pro-rate refunds for the current billing period, but you will not be charged again.
5. Exceptions and abuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deny future purchases in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized card use;
- Significant redistribution or misuse of APARA Content in violation of our Terms of Service;
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer across multiple purchases;
- Chargebacks filed with a card issuer instead of a refund request — please email us first so we can resolve it directly.
6. Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge from APARA or Stripe on your statement, email us at hello@aparamethod.com before filing a chargeback — in almost every case we can resolve it faster and more completely than your bank can.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (including, for EU/UK consumers, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, except where digital content delivery has begun with your express consent).
